The Beach House Jávea, Costa Blanca
The Beach House sits right on the quayside of Jávea's little fishing port, in the north of the Costa Blanca, with a rooftop that looks straight out across the bay. It was created by its owners, a Belgian and local couple who came home after years abroad, and it follows a "slow life" philosophy: laid-back, sunny and simple, with a boho beach-club feel.
It is made for intimate weddings of up to 70 guests. You marry on the rooftop with the harbour boats behind you, and with exclusive use of the house you move downstairs to the beach club restaurant for dinner, then back up to the roof to dance until midnight. The sandy beaches of El Arenal and La Granadella are within a 15-minute drive.

Two ways to celebrate
For a chilled-out wedding, you can spend the whole day on the rooftop, from the ceremony to the last dance. Or take exclusive use of the whole Beach House for a more classic day (Wedinspire).
With the whole house, the ceremony and drinks happen on the rooftop, dinner is a sit-down meal in the beach club restaurant downstairs, and then everyone heads back up to the roof for the party. Catering is in-house and included in the price, an on-site planner is included, and children are welcome.

Accommodation near The Beach House Jávea
The owners also run The Beach House Studios & Suites, a renovated building a short walk from the venue with designer studios overlooking the sea. The Boutique Beach House apartments are about five minutes' walk away, and the boutique hotel Nomad about ten, both near the port church. Between them there is room for up to 34 guests, and exclusive use comes with a three-night minimum stay (Wedinspire). Everyone can walk to the wedding.
What a wedding here costs
Weddings at The Beach House Jávea start from around €15,000 for 70 guests, with catering included. Drinks packages start from about €28 per guest (Wedinspire, 2027–28 pricing), so for 70 guests the drinks would add roughly €2,000. That makes it one of the better-value seafront venues we work with.
