Finca Binissatí
Finca Binissatí, Mallorca
Finca Binissatí is a historic estate near Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, acquired by the Siquier family in 1510 and still in the family more than five centuries later. It is about 30 minutes from Palma Airport, surrounded by holm oak forest, orange trees and open fields with the Tramuntana mountains on the horizon (Wedinspire).
Ceremonies take place in the oak forest, then dinner moves to the Bridal Forest, the Orange Tree Patio or the Tramuntana courtyard, before the party in La Clastra Principal, an open-air Mallorcan courtyard. It holds 30 to 200 guests, hosts one wedding a day, and the house sleeps eight.
The spaces
The Holm Oak Forest
Dappled shade beneath ancient oaks, the setting for the ceremony.
El Bosque Nupcial
The bridal forest, lit with festoon lights for drinks or dinner.
El Patio de Naranjos
An orange tree patio with views to the mountains.
La Clastra Tramuntana
A courtyard for the aperitif or banquet facing the Tramuntana.
La Clastra Principal
The main open-air courtyard for music, dancing and drinks under the stars.
The Tents & Pergola
Bedouin tents and a retractable-roof pergola for up to 120 if it rains.
Vows in the oak forest
Guests are welcomed with a drink among the trees before the ceremony begins in the shade of the holm oaks (Wedinspire).
Getting around the estate is part of the fun: "Hercules", a vintage Land Rover with a converted farm trailer, ferries guests between the spaces. Many couples stay on for a pre-party and a pool party the next day, and the estate can arrange a private chef and massages too.
