ME Ibiza
ME Ibiza is a five-star seafront resort by Meliá on the beach at S’Argamassa, on Ibiza’s east coast just outside Santa Eulària, and a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. It has 164 minimalist rooms and suites, two restaurants, the Thai Room spa and, above it all, the RADIO Rooftop with views right around the island (Wedinspire; MyBoutiqueHotel; White Ibiza).
Weddings centre on the rooftop: vows on the deck beside the infinity pool with the sea behind you, golden-hour cocktails, a long table under chandeliers and a party under the stars. The events team designs everything from flowers and tablescapes to the gala menu, for up to 100 guests.

ME Ibiza’s team designs every detail, from floral design and bespoke menus to signature cocktails and custom décor (Wedinspire).
Food and drink are included in the starting price, with personalised gala menus and full event coordination. Music runs until midnight, and with rooms for your whole guest list and no minimum stay, everyone can stay on the beach for the weekend.

The resort has 164 minimalist rooms and suites, many with sea views and some with private pools, enough for your entire guest list, and there is no minimum stay (MyBoutiqueHotel; Wedinspire). It is family friendly, with a kids’ club, and Santa Eulària’s restaurants and promenade are a few minutes away.
What a wedding here costs
Weddings at ME Ibiza start from €17,250 for 50 guests, including food and drink (Wedinspire, 2027–28 pricing), which works out at about €345 per guest. Rooms are booked separately. We confirm exactly which spaces your price covers in a written quote before you commit. For comparison, the average wedding in Spain costs €25,183 (Bodas.net, 2026).
