Finca El Cañuelo, also known as Love Garden, sits in the Strait Natural Park between Bolonia and Atlanterra, near Tarifa on the Costa de la Luz. From its hillside garden the view runs over umbrella pines to the Atlantic and the Strait of Gibraltar, and on clear days to the coast of Africa (Wedinspire; Bodas.net).
The heart of the estate is a 5,000 m² Japanese-inspired garden of clipped trees, granite sculptures, lily ponds and huge sandstone rocks, with a tall leaning monolith beside an infinity pool. The finca is yours for the weekend, with rooms for 11, space for up to 350 guests and music until 3am.

Ancient rocks, still water and the Atlantic
Away from towns and roads, the garden is wrapped in pine forest and age-old sandstone rocks, which gives the day real privacy (Wedinspire).
Catering comes through the venue’s partner caterers, and the team recommends suppliers for everything else. Bolonia beach, the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia and the Camarinal lighthouse are moments away, and Tarifa and Zahara de los Atunes are a short drive for guests.

Planning is charged at €75 per hour plus VAT with a 10-hour minimum, and on-day coordination starts at €750 for a half day plus VAT. Most UK and Irish couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here.
