La Cabane Beach Club, Marbella
La Cabane is one of Marbella's oldest beach clubs, set on the sand at Los Monteros, a few minutes east of the town centre. It began life as the beach club of the Hotel Los Monteros, which opened in 1962, and has been a fixture of the coast's social scene since the 1960s (IHG; ¡Hola!). Since 2023 it has been run by Grupo Mosh with chef Dani García's group, with summer seasons styled by Dolce & Gabbana (El Español; Grupo Dani García).
A wedding here is a barefoot-chic affair: vows on the beach with the Mediterranean behind you, drinks by the pool, then dinner under the stars and a party on the terrace. The club has its own resident music programme and an Italian-Mediterranean kitchen led by Grupo Dani García, and it can be booked exclusively for weddings and private celebrations (Kimpton Los Monteros).

Marbella's original beach club
La Cabane celebrated its 60th season in 2025, and still feels like the place to be on the coast (Golf Circus).
The club grew up alongside the Hotel Los Monteros, one of the first luxury hotels on the Costa del Sol, and has welcomed royalty, fashion shows and concerts over the decades (¡Hola!). Its current look is relaxed Riviera glamour, with blue Mediterranean prints, a pool lined with day beds and a kitchen overseen by chef Dani García. For a wedding, it gives you a beach ceremony, a restaurant and a party terrace all in one place.

La Cabane has no rooms of its own. The nearest option is Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella, about 500 metres from the sea, which reopened in 2025 with 195 rooms including 60 suites (IHG). Beyond that, Marbella has hotels and holiday villas for every budget within a short drive.
What a wedding here costs
La Cabane does not publish wedding prices, so pricing for an exclusive hire is on request and will depend on your date, guest numbers and menu. Summer weekends are the club's busiest time, so expect the minimum spend to reflect that. For context, the average wedding in Spain costs €25,183 (Bodas.net, 2026). We can request a proposal from the club for you once you have a date and rough numbers in mind.

Can we marry legally at La Cabane?

A legal civil wedding in Spain usually requires at least one partner to be resident, so most couples from the UK and Ireland marry legally at home and then hold a symbolic ceremony at the venue. It looks and feels exactly the same on the day.
Do you plan weddings at La Cabane?

Yes. Our wedding planning is €75 per hour plus VAT, with a 10-hour minimum, and on-day coordination starts from €750 for a half day or €1,400 for a full day, plus VAT. We liaise with the club's events team on everything from layout to timings.
