Some couples want full wedding planning, with us finding the venue, building the budget and managing every supplier. Others have the plan in hand and want an experienced coordinator to run the day. Many sit somewhere in between. How much does a wedding planner cost?
Planner fees depend on the level of service, the size of the wedding and where it takes place. Some planners charge a flat fee, some an hourly rate and some a percentage of the budget.

What wedding planning services do you offer?

We offer full wedding planning, partial planning, on-the-day coordination, venue and vendor sourcing and event management. We also arrange catering, flowers, photography and videography, content creators and entertainment through trusted suppliers we work with regularly.
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?

A wedding planner works with you for months, finding the venue, managing the budget, booking suppliers and shaping the design. A wedding coordinator usually joins six to eight weeks before the wedding to confirm the details, brief the suppliers and run the day itself.
How much does a wedding planner cost?

It depends on the service and the destination. As a guide, couples in the UK spend around £1,543 on a planner (Bridebook 2026), full organisation in Spain typically costs €1,500 to €3,500 (Trustlocal 2026), and planning and coordination in Italy for 100 guests runs from €5,000 to €12,000 or more (Princess Apulia 2026). When should we book a wedding planner?

For full planning, as early as you can, ideally twelve to eighteen months before the wedding and before you book the venue, so we can help you choose it. For on-the-day coordination, two to six months ahead is usually fine, especially for peak-season Saturdays.
Do you only plan weddings in Spain?

No. We are based in Marbella and plan many weddings on the Costa del Sol, but we also plan weddings and events across the UK, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Ireland and beyond, and we travel to wherever you are getting married.
Can we book suppliers through you without full planning?

Yes. Our venue and vendor sourcing service and our supplier guides are there for couples who want help with one part of the wedding, such as finding a caterer, photographer or entertainment, without booking full planning.
Do you plan parties and corporate events?
