Las Sirenas is a private estate on a hillside just outside Sotogrande, about three kilometres from the port (Marbella Wedding). Built in the 1970s (WeddingVenues.es), it is one of the most unusual houses on this stretch of coast: a pink, domed and richly decorated villa that blends Italianate and Moorish touches, set among formal gardens, lily ponds, fountains, cypress avenues and classical statues. It is hired on an exclusive-use basis, so the whole estate belongs to one wedding.
A wedding here feels like a private party at a fantastical family home. Guests usually gather for a symbolic ceremony on the cypress-lined avenue or in the gardens, drift onto the pond-side terraces for drinks, then sit down to dinner outdoors or in the Grand Hall. Because the estate is dry-hired, you bring in your own caterer and suppliers, which gives a great deal of freedom over the look and the menu.

A whole estate, just for you
Las Sirenas is hired as a private house, so the gardens, terraces and hall are yours alone for the celebration.
There is no hotel crowd and no other event on the same day. Couples bring in their own caterer, bar team, florist and band, and the estate provides the stage: ponds, fountains, sculpture and a palace-like facade that photographs beautifully at golden hour. Listings note there is no strict sound curfew (WeddingVenues.es), which is rare on this coast, though one directory gives a finishing time of 4am (Marbella Wedding). It suits couples who want something theatrical and personal rather than polished and corporate.

Accommodation at Las Sirenas
