Hotel Castell d'Empordà is a medieval castle on a hilltop just outside La Bisbal d'Empordà, in the countryside behind the Costa Brava. First built as a fortress in the 14th century and carefully restored, its stone tower, walls and little chapel stand in more than 12 hectares of oak and olive trees, with views across the Empordà plain to the mountains and the sea (Wedinspire).
It is a true castle wedding with modern comforts. You marry under the olive trees or in the Remei Chapel, dine on the La Pèrgola terrace as the sun sets, then dance until 4am in La Cova del Drac, a bar inside a real cave. With exclusive use for up to 200 guests and 57 suites sleeping 130, your whole party can stay in the castle.

The day flows through the castle: a ceremony in the olive grove or the Remei Chapel, drinks and canapés in the garden, dinner on the La Pèrgola terrace, and the party in La Cova del Drac (Wedinspire).
The hotel's own team cooks and looks after the day, and the starting price includes the food and a two-night stay for 40 guests. Around the wedding, guests can relax by the two pools, book a massage or join a yoga class, and the beaches and villages of the Costa Brava are a short drive away.
