Finca La Donaira is an eco-retreat, organic farm and equestrian centre in the hills at Montecorto, near Ronda, on the edge of the Sierra de Grazalema. Its restored cortijo sits in around 700 hectares of rolling farmland and holm oak woods, where more than 80 Lusitano horses graze, and it is a member of Relais & Châteaux (Wedinspire; Relais & Châteaux).
For weddings of up to 80 guests the whole estate is yours. Say your vows under the great ceremonial oak, which the venue dates to around 900 years old, gather on the sunny terrace and in the medicinal gardens, then sit down to a long, candlelit farm-to-table dinner in the courtyard.

A wedding rooted in the land
The farm follows regenerative agriculture, raising free-range livestock and growing organic produce for the kitchen (Wedinspire).
The chefs build seasonal menus around what the estate produces, served with organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines from across Europe. An in-house team and planner are included, guests can ride or take a carriage through the estate, and the white villages and Ronda itself are close by.

Planning is charged at €75 per hour plus VAT with a 10-hour minimum, and on-day coordination starts at €750 for a half day plus VAT. Most UK and Irish couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here.
