Finca La Gloria is a whitewashed 1930s farmhouse near Jimena de la Frontera, now a small boutique hotel at the heart of a working permaculture farm. Its rooms are filled with art, antiques and bold colour, and the gardens of palms, olive trees and organic crops look out over farmland to the mountains (Wedinspire; Hotel Designs).
The finca is yours for at least three nights, with rooms for 15 and space for up to 100 guests. Walk up a kilim-lined aisle through the old stone gateway, dine at long tables under woven lanterns, and dance on until 2am, with the estate’s own produce on the menu.

Between the celebrations, guests can lounge by the pool or join yoga, meditation, cooking classes or even a bonsai workshop on site. The beaches of the coast are about 20 minutes away, and Gibraltar Airport about 45 minutes, which makes it an easy trip for guests from the UK.

The boutique hotel sleeps 15 in individually designed bedrooms with beamed ceilings, four-poster beds, art and antiques, and a three-night stay for 14 is included in the starting price (Wedinspire; Hotel Designs). Other guests can stay in Jimena, Castellar or on the coast at Sotogrande, and we can arrange transport to the finca.

Weddings at Finca La Gloria start from €17,500 for 50 guests, including a three-night stay for 14. Catering starts from €160 per guest, with drinks priced on request (Wedinspire, 2027–28 pricing).
