On-the-day coordination, sometimes called month-of management, is for couples who have planned their own wedding and want a calm, capable team to run it. You have chosen every detail. Our job is to bring it together and take it off your hands when it matters most.
In the final weeks we learn your plans inside out, confirm every supplier and build a watertight running order. On the day, we manage everything from the first arrival to the last dance, so you, your partner and your families can be fully present.

Full-day coordination for 120 guests is €1,400 + VAT. In Spain, where VAT is 21%, that comes to €1,694. In the UK, at 20%, it would be €1,680. Extra hours are €100 + VAT per coordinator, per hour.

The week of the wedding
We confirm every final detail with your suppliers and venue, run your rehearsal if you would like one, and make sure everyone knows the plan.
The day itself
We arrive first and leave last, running the schedule, managing suppliers and solving anything that arises, so you can be completely present.

This is the kind of running order we manage on the day, so you do not have to. Abroad, especially in Spain and Italy, the day usually runs two to three hours later.

What does an on-the-day wedding coordinator do?

An on-the-day coordinator takes over your wedding in the final weeks, then runs the day itself so you do not have to. We learn every detail of your plans, confirm your suppliers and build a detailed running order. On the day we oversee set-up, manage your suppliers, keep everything on schedule and quietly handle anything that arises.
How much does on-the-day coordination cost?

Our half-day coordination is €750 plus VAT for five hours and full-day coordination is €1,400 plus VAT for thirteen hours, for up to 130 guests with one coordinator. Larger weddings need a second coordinator and are quoted individually, and extra hours are €100 plus VAT per coordinator per hour. For comparison, day-of coordination typically costs £950 to £1,500 in the UK (Airtasker, 2023) and €600 to €1,200 in Spain (Trustlocal, 2026).
What is the difference between a wedding planner and an on-the-day coordinator?

A wedding planner is involved from the start, helping you find your venue, source suppliers and shape the whole event over many months. An on-the-day coordinator joins near the end: you plan the wedding yourselves, and we step in during the final weeks to confirm, coordinate and run the day.
Do we need a coordinator if our venue has its own wedding coordinator?

Usually, yes. A venue coordinator looks after the venue itself: its spaces, staff and in-house services. Your on-the-day coordinator works for you, managing all of your suppliers, your timeline and the whole day from morning to send-off. The two roles complement each other.
When should we book on-the-day coordination?

As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. We take over in the final four to six weeks, but coordination books up well in advance, especially for summer Saturdays and destination weddings.
Will you contact all of our suppliers before the wedding?

Yes. In the weeks before the wedding we become the point of contact for every supplier, confirming timings, deliveries, set-up requirements and final details, so nothing is left to chance and you do not have to chase anyone.
Do you create and manage our wedding day timeline?

Will you run our wedding rehearsal?

Yes, if you would like us to. We walk through the ceremony and key moments with your wedding party so everyone knows exactly what happens and when.
Do you coordinate weddings abroad?

Yes. We coordinate weddings in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, and further afield on request. Between us we speak English, Spanish and German, which helps enormously with local suppliers. Travel costs may be added depending on where you marry.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

That is exactly what we are there for. We manage weather changes, supplier delays and last-minute adjustments in the background, with a wet-weather plan agreed in advance. Most of the time you will never know there was anything to solve.
