Swish Soirées is a wedding and event planning company based in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol. Since 2019 we have planned weddings for couples from the UK, Ireland, Spain and across Europe, along with birthdays, private parties and corporate events, from intimate villa dinners to celebrations for several hundred guests.
Some couples ask our destination wedding planners to find the venue, build the budget and manage every supplier from the first call to the last dance. Others have planned most of it themselves and want on-the-day wedding coordinators to take over in the final weeks. Either way, the aim is the same: you enjoy your own celebration as a guest, not as its manager.

Where is Swish Soirées based?

Our office is in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. We plan weddings and events across Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, the wider Mediterranean and the UK.
What types of events do you plan?

Mainly weddings and elopements, along with birthdays, private parties, celebrations and corporate events. We offer full planning, partial planning and on-the-day coordination.
Can we see examples of weddings you have planned?

Yes. Get in touch and we will share galleries and stories from weddings similar to the one you are planning, at the venues you are considering where possible.
How far in advance should we contact you?

Ideally twelve to eighteen months before the wedding for full planning, and at least three months before for on-the-day coordination. We can sometimes help with shorter timescales, so it is always worth asking.
Do you only work with your own venues?

No. Our venue collection is a starting point. We source venues to suit each couple and are happy to work at a venue you have already chosen.
