Wedding Packages
Silver, Gold and Platinum packages priced per head for 100 guests, with the venue kept separate so you can see exactly what the day costs.
Clear, itemised wedding packages for the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, built around your venue, your guests and your budget.
Wedding packages that show you the real cost before you commit
Most couples come to us with a venue in mind and no real idea what everything else costs. These three packages are our answer. They cover the wedding itself, priced per head for 100 guests, so you can see what the day comes to before you commit to anything.
Every package excludes the venue, deliberately. Venue hire varies enormously, from around €3,700 for exclusive use of a Marbella cortijo to €19,000 for a three-night weekend at a Puglian estate, and bundling it in would hide the one number you most need to see. Choose the venue first, then add the package that suits.
As destination wedding planners and on-the-day wedding coordinators, we build packages for wedding venues in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, and price each one for the country you are marrying in.
Silver, Gold and Platinum
Priced per head, based on 100 guests. Venue hire is separate.

The essentials, done properly. A celebrant, a good three-course meal, wine on the table and everything the day physically needs, without the extras that are nice rather than necessary.
- Celebrant for a symbolic ceremony
- Welcome drink on arrival
- Three-course seated meal
- Half a bottle of wine per guest, plus water and soft drinks
- Ceremony seating and aisle dressing
- Tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware

- Cake table, cutting and service
- On-day coordination from our team
Gold
Our most popular. Everything in Silver, with the parts guests actually notice lifted: canapés, a better menu, proper lighting and music through the day.
- Everything in Silver
- Welcome cocktail and four canapés per guest
- Upgraded menu with a choice of main course
- Wine throughout dinner and a sparkling toast
- A flower arch for the ceremony
- Musician for the ceremony and drinks reception
- DJ for the evening
- Planning support in the months before
Platinum
For couples who want the whole day designed rather than assembled. Everything in Gold, plus an open bar, a designed floral scheme and live music.

- Open bar for four hours
- Extended menu or sharing feast, with a tasting beforehand
- Aisle flowers and a full floral scheme
- Live band, or DJ with a saxophonist
- Guest transport coordination
- Welcome dinner or farewell brunch planning
- A dedicated planner with you throughout the day
These packages are flexible. Take the Platinum flowers with the Silver bar, swap the DJ for a live band, add a welcome dinner, or drop an element you know you will not use. Tell us what matters most and we will build the package around it, then price it honestly.

Package prices for 100 guests
Per head and total, in pounds and euros. Venue hire is not included.
| Package | Per head | Total, 100 guests | In euros |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | From £150 | From £15,000 | From €175 per head, €17,535 total |
| Gold | From £200 | From £20,000 | From €234 per head, €23,380 total |
| Platinum | From £250 | From £25,000 | From €292 per head, €29,225 total |
Euro figures converted at £1 = €1.169, correct at August 2026. Weddings abroad are billed in euros, so the sterling figure moves with the exchange rate between quotation and final invoice. Prices exclude VAT. Smaller weddings carry a higher per-head cost because several elements are fixed whatever the numbers. All figures are subject to change, and travel costs may be added depending on where you marry.
What a wedding costs in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece
National averages from each country's wedding industry reports, so you can see where our packages sit.
| Country | Average wedding | Guests | Per guest | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UK | £20,604 | Around 74 | About £278 | Bridebook UK Wedding Report 2026 |
| Spain | €25,183 | 123 | About €225 | Bodas.net Informe del Sector Nupcial 2026, via Euronews |
| Portugal | €21,127 | Around 100 | About €211 | Fixando, May 2026, via IOL |
| Italy | €23,781 | 106 | About €224 | Matrimonio.com Rapporto sul Settore Nuziale 2025 |
| Greece | €20,000 to €40,000 | Around 100 | €200 to €400 | Big Fat Greek Day, 2026 (Crete and mainland) |
Per-guest figures divide the whole wedding cost by the number of guests, except Spain, where the report gives its own figure, and Greece, where the source gives a range. The UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy figures are averages for weddings held in those countries, mostly by local couples.
How to read this against our packages. The national averages include everything: venue, photographer, outfits, rings and the rest. Our packages exclude the venue and those personal costs, but include the food, drink, flowers, furniture, staff and music that make up most of the day, plus our team. A destination wedding usually sits above the local average, because guests stay longer and the day tends to run into a weekend.
What the packages do not cover
We would rather set this out plainly than have it emerge later. These sit outside every package and are billed separately or arranged by you.
- Venue hire: from around €3,700 for exclusive use of a Marbella cortijo to €19,000 for a three-night wedding weekend in Puglia
- Accommodation: yours and your guests', on site or nearby. We hold room blocks and negotiate rates
- Travel: flights and transfers for you and your guests
- Photography and film: quoted separately, because the range is enormous and the choice is personal
- Legal fees and paperwork: translations, apostilles and registrar charges if you marry legally abroad
- Outfits, rings, hair and makeup: though we will recommend people we trust
- Wedding insurance: which we strongly suggest
Additional vendor services
Everything below can be added to any package, or booked on its own. We source, negotiate and manage each one, and you pay the supplier's rate rather than a marked-up version of it.

- Catering, private chefs and welcome dinners
- Cocktail services and mixologists
- Mobile and static bars

If something is not on the list, ask. We have arranged flamenco dancers, a mariachi band, a barber for the groomsmen and a cigar roller, among other things.
Wedding planning and on-day coordination
Our own fees can sit alongside a package or be booked on their own, so you always see what you pay us and what you pay your suppliers.
Wedding Planning
From the first idea to the last dance: concept, budget, every supplier sourced and booked, paperwork if you marry abroad, and the timeline that holds the day together.
On-Day Coordination
For couples who have planned it themselves. We take on your suppliers and running order in the final weeks, then hold the day together so you can be present at your own wedding.
Venue & Vendor Sourcing
Before the package comes the venue. We find it, or check whether the one you have your eye on is free. We take no commission from any venue.
We take no commission from any venue. Plenty of sites are paid by the venues they recommend, which is why the same few places appear on everyone's shortlist. Ours is built around you.
What our couples say
Choosing Swish Soirées was one of the best decisions we made. From helping us find the perfect venue to coordinating our suppliers and managing the wedding day itself, everything was organised so professionally. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, and we would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Spain.
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Every recommendation was perfect, communication was excellent and everything ran exactly as planned on the day. We were able to relax and enjoy every minute with our family and friends, knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. It was simply unforgettable.
Vicky is just amazing. She planned everything and coordinated the day perfectly.

Wedding package questions
Why is the venue not included?
+
Because it is the number that varies most, and bundling it would hide it. Across the venues we work with, exclusive-use hire runs from around €3,700 for a Marbella cortijo to €19,000 for a three-night wedding weekend at a Puglian estate. A package price that averaged those would be meaningless for both. Choose the venue first, see what it actually costs, then add the package.
What if we have fewer than 100 guests?
+
The per-head figure rises, because several parts of a wedding cost the same whether there are forty guests or a hundred: the celebrant, the ceremony flowers, the music and the coordination. For a smaller wedding we price it individually rather than apply a per-head rate that would not reflect what you are getting.
Can we mix elements between packages?
+
Yes, and most couples do. The three tiers are a starting point, not a menu you have to order from. If you want the Platinum flowers with the Silver bar, or a live band added to Gold, we will price it that way. What we would rather you did not do is pay for a tier and then not use half of it.
How do your packages compare with the average wedding cost?
+
National averages include everything, from the venue to the rings. The UK average is £20,604 (Bridebook, 2026), Spain €25,183 (Bodas.net, 2026), Portugal €21,127 (Fixando, 2026), Italy €23,781 (Matrimonio.com, 2025), and Crete or mainland Greece €20,000 to €40,000 for about 100 guests (Big Fat Greek Day, 2026). Our packages exclude the venue and personal costs such as outfits, but include the food, drink, flowers, furniture, staff, music and our team.
Are these prices in pounds or euros?
+
Both are shown, but weddings abroad are billed in euros because that is what our suppliers invoice in. The sterling figures are converted at £1 to €1.169, correct at August 2026, and will move with the exchange rate. On a £20,000 wedding a five per cent swing is £1,000, so it is worth watching if you book a long way out.
Are these prices fixed?
+
No. Every figure on this page is a starting point and subject to change, because supplier rates and exchange rates move and no two weddings need the same things. Travel costs may also be added depending on where you marry. You get an itemised written quotation before anything is booked, and we will not change a price after that without telling you why.
Is VAT included?
+
No. Prices exclude VAT, which varies by country: the standard rate is 20 per cent in the UK, 21 per cent in Spain, 22 per cent in Italy, 23 per cent in mainland Portugal and 24 per cent in Greece, with lower rates on some services. It is itemised in your quotation rather than added at the end.
When do we pay?
+
In stages rather than all at once. A deposit secures your date and suppliers, with the balance spread across the planning period and a final payment before the wedding. We agree the schedule with you at the start so nothing lands unexpectedly.
What is not in any of the packages?
+
Venue hire, accommodation, travel, photography and film, legal fees and paperwork, outfits, rings, hair and makeup, and wedding insurance. We will recommend people we trust for all of them, and manage them alongside the package if you would like us to.
Do the packages work for weddings in the UK?
+
Yes, and the sterling figures apply directly with no exchange risk. Supplier costs do differ: catering and staffing are generally dearer in the UK than in southern Spain, while travel and accommodation for guests are cheaper. We quote for the country you are actually marrying in rather than applying one rate everywhere.
Can we have a package in Portugal, Italy or Greece?
+
Yes. The same three tiers work anywhere we plan, and we price them with local suppliers for your venue. Island weddings in Greece and remote estates in Italy can cost more once supplier travel is added, and we show that in the quotation.
