Hog Roast & BBQs
Professional hog roast & bbqs for weddings, celebrations and corporate events.
A hog roast or barbecue suits the second day of a wedding week far better than it suits the wedding itself, and that is usually where our couples put it. It feeds a large group generously, it works outdoors, and nobody needs a seating plan or a jacket.
The detail that matters is timing. A whole hog needs six hours or more over coals, so the fire is lit long before guests arrive and the cooking position has to be somewhere smoke will not blow across your terrace. We plan the pit, the prevailing wind and the serving point together rather than separately.
